Shipping Information
Free Ground Shipping on Orders of $99 or More
Qualifying orders of $99 or more receive free standard ground shipping within the 48 contiguous United States.
Free shipping applies to eligible products. It does not apply to third-party freight billing, expedited shipping, or customer-requested carriers.
Certain oversized, overweight, special-order, and truck-freight products do not qualify. Any shipping charge or exclusion will be identified on the product page or communicated before the order ships.
If an order contains any number of products that require a freight charge, that charge will override free shipping and apply to your entire order.
Shipping Destinations and Restrictions
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and to PO boxes. Free-shipping offers apply only to qualifying orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States.
Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are subject to shipping charges. Some oversized or overweight products may not be eligible for shipment to these locations.
Orders sent to PO boxes must use a carrier that can deliver to a PO box. Carrier options, expedited services, and product eligibility may therefore be limited.
We do not currently ship to APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, or other international destinations.
Carrier Selection
We select the carrier based on the size, destination, and shipping requirements of the order. Your order may ship by FedEx, Spee-Dee Delivery, USPS, truck freight, or another appropriate carrier.
If you request a particular carrier or expedited service, you will be responsible for the additional cost.
Processing and Delivery Times
In-stock orders placed before 2:30 p.m. Central Time generally ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or holidays will ship on the next available business day. Orders containing unavailable products will ship once the items become available.
Most orders arrive within four to five business days after shipment. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, product availability, and factory-shipped products may affect delivery.
Refused Shipments
Customers who refuse a shipment without contacting us in advance may be responsible for the original and return freight charges, along with a handling fee of up to 15%.
Address Changes
Once an order has shipped, an address correction may be subject to a carrier fee. The current fee is $25 per package, but additional carrier charges may apply. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after shipment.
Truck-Freight Deliveries
We recommend using a commercial business address for truck-freight deliveries. Residential delivery and special delivery services may result in additional charges.
Free shipping does not cover:
- Residential delivery
- Liftgate or hand unloading
- Inside delivery
- Scheduled appointments
- Address corrections
- Redelivery
- Other carrier-imposed special-service charges
Shipping charges displayed at checkout are estimates. If the actual freight cost exceeds the amount estimated on our website, we will contact you for approval before processing your order. However, fees assessed by the carrier after delivery may be charged to the customer.
Factory-Shipped Products
Some products ship directly from the manufacturer. Qualifying factory-shipped products receive free standard shipping on orders of $99 or more unless they are identified as oversized, overweight, or otherwise excluded.
Because the manufacturer controls processing and shipment, delivery dates and tracking availability may vary. Customer Service can contact the manufacturer for an order update when necessary.
Will Call Pickup
Customers with a delivery address within 50 miles of our Burnsville warehouse may select Will Call Pickup when available. In-stock orders are generally ready within one hour, but customers should wait for confirmation before arriving.
